As a PT myself I know the benefits that consistent and focused exercise can make to our lives. When I realised that I needed a weekly hard core workout that was written specifically for me and not a test session for a particular client of mine, I knew who I wanted to provide me with that service.

Previously I would spend all day, every day, thinking, writing and delivering workouts for other people. My sessions with Carmel are such a treat as she has done all of the hard work. I asked for a beasting and that’s what she gives. I have a few injuries which Carmel always works around with quick thinking adaptions and alternatives.

I thoroughly enjoy my time with Carmel and look forward to her “treating” me again post lockdown. She’s kind, thoughtful and really rather amusing too although her counting needs work but please don’t let that put you off.
