Carmel was my first (and only) Personal Trainer, she was very good at explaining how it would work, what I could expect and what she would expect from me. I’ve not been a great fan of exercise but she motivated and inspired me and I saw great results.

The sessions were varied and fun, and she pushed me beyond where I could have got myself. I was stronger, fitter and looked better (lots of people said “Wow have you been going to the gym?”). Carmel helped me with my diet, which also had a big impact.
